The Motivation

My passion for helping organizations create, revitalize, expand, and optimize customer marketing and advocacy programs has been fueled by witnessing first-hand the benefit of such programs in shortening the sales cycle and bolstering brand strength.

Professional Trailblazer

From enterprise to startup, I made the leap to Digital.ai, an industry-leading technology company in the DevSecOps space. I spearheaded the development and execution of their customer experience and advocacy programs, including a net promoter survey (NPS), a Customer Advisory Board, and a customer reference program within 18 months. 

While at Commvault, I harnessed technology to drive customer engagement and improved business efficiencies for their global customer advocacy program and digital community, Commvault Connections. Notable achievements include earning an Influitive BAMMIE for Best Emerging Advocate Program, a social ambassador program that sparked social engagement and advocacy across LinkedIn, Twitter (now X), and within the community—empowering advocates to amplify their social media presence and elevate the company’s brand.

As a Senior Director at CA Technologies, I led a globally dispersed team of eleven as we reimagined the company’s customer reference program, transforming it into a top-tier customer reference and advocacy initiative recognized by SiriusDecisions. Within three years, program participation was boosted by an astonishing 77%, positively impacting over $150 million in year-over-year revenue.

Personal Achievements

Always eager to share my expertise in customer advocacy, I’ve been a guest speaker at the University of Colorado at Denver and Metropolitan State University, covering Marketing, Marketing Services, and Sales. Other engagements include Influitive Customer Spotlight webinars, Upland RO Innovation Customer Success webinar series, Sales Enablement Pro Soiree panelist, and the Sales Enablement Society National Conference.

My education includes a Master of International Management and Marketing from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Luther College. 

On a more personal note, I’ve also achieved the prestigious WSET Level 3 Award in Wines.
