The Reason

As a passionate B2B customer advocacy aficionado, my 12-year journey as a speaker and writer has been fueled by witnessing the power of customer advocates in shortening the sales cycle and bolstering brand strength.


In 2022, I made the leap to Digital.ai, an industry-leading technology company in the DevSecOps space. I spearhead the development of their customer experience and advocacy discipline. My multifaceted role encompasses customer advocacy and advisory programs, including a Customer Reference Program, Net Promoter Survey, and a Customer Advisory Board.

While at Commvault, I harnessed technology to craft an innovative framework for their global customer advocacy program and vibrant digital community, Commvault Connections. Notable achievements include a Social Ambassador program that sparked social engagement and advocacy across LinkedIn, Twitter, and within the community—empowering advocates to amplify their social media presence and elevate the company’s brand strength.

As a Senior Director at CA Technologies, I reimagined their customer reference program, transforming it into a top-tier customer reference and advocacy initiative recognized by SiriusDecisions. Within three years, I led the charge to boost program participation by an astonishing 77%, positively impacting over $150 million in year-over-year revenue.

Accomplishments and Achievements

Always eager to share my expertise in customer advocacy, I’ve been a guest speaker at the University of Colorado at Denver and Metropolitan State University, covering Marketing, Marketing Services, and Sales. My other engagements include Influitive Customer Spotlight webinars, Upland RO Innovation Customer Success Webinar Series, Sales Enablement Pro Soiree Panelist, and the Sales Enablement Society National Conference.

I’ve proudly earned an Influitive BAMMIE for Best Emerging Advocate Program and RO Reference Elite for thought leadership in reference programming. I have also served on the RO Reference Elite Advisory Board, where I contributed my insights to an industry-leading group focused on customer reference management and sales enablement.

My educational foundation includes a Master of International Management and Marketing from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Luther College. 

On a more personal note, I’ve also achieved the prestigious WSET Level 3 Award in Wines.
