Zoe Meyer is a blog writer, speaker and B2B customer advocacy maven. She has received an Influitive BAMMIE award for Best Emerging Advocate Program and the RO Reference Elite award for her thought leadership in the customer advocacy space. She has served on the RO Reference Elite Advisory Board, an industry leader in customer reference management and sales enablement.
Zoe has shared her knowledge about the power of customer advocacy as a guest speaker in Marketing, Marketing Services and Sales classes at the University of Colorado at Denver and Metropolitan State University. Other speaking engagements include, Influitive Customer Spotlight webinar, Measuring Voice of the Customer Program Success and Unlocking the Future of Sales Enablement webinars in the Upland RO Innovation Customer Success Webinar Series, as well as, Leveraging Customer Advocacy for Sales Enablement at the Sales Enablement Society National Conference in 2017.
Zoe is currently in a customer engagement & operations role at Commvault Systems. Leveraging technology, she successfully built the framework for launching the company’s customer advocacy program and their first online customer community, exceeding expectations in the number of joined advocates. Zoe continues to engage the company’s customer advocates through creative content and relevant topics in the online community.
As a Senior Director at CA Technologies, Zoe re-imagined and evolved their customer reference program into a customer reference and advocacy program, achieving a best-in-class program status, per SiriusDecisions. In three years under her leadership, CA improved their program participation by 77% while positively impacting over $150 million in revenue year over year. Zoe was instrumental in engaging with customers to tell their story and their experience with the company’s brand.
She holds a Master of International Management and Marketing from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Luther College.
