As the primary consultant at customer-360, Zoe personally works with clients to help assess, plan, create, optimize and measure customer advocacy programs. Regarded as a leader in customer advocacy programming, she brings proven tools that help clients engage happy customers and create trusted relationships for effective programs.
In addition to her role at customer-360, Zoe is a blog writer and speaker on customer advocacy topics and she serves on the RO Reference Elite Advisory Board, an industry leader in the customer reference management and sales enablement space.
Prior to founding customer-360, Zoe served as Senior Director at CA Technologies, a market leader in enterprise software. She is credited with taking a hands-on approach in leading global teams, collaborating with clients and bringing innovative customer advocacy concepts to life.
At CA, Zoe re-imagined and evolved their customer reference program into one that is regarded in the industry as a best practice program. In three years under her leadership, CA improved their program participation by 77% while positively impacting over $150 million in revenue year over year. Zoe was instrumental in engaging customers to participate in the program, tell their story and share positive experiences on behalf of some of the top, most-respected brands in the market.
Over a career of 20+ years, she has held various roles of progressive responsibility in direct and indirect marketing for such diverse industries as McAfee, Sprint, and National Semiconductor.
She holds a Master of International Management and Marketing from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Luther College.In her spare time, Zoe is pursuing certifications in the wine industry. She is married and lives in Dallas, TX.
